Hello

A tentative start for me in 'blog world' who would have thought. So to start a friendly hello to all  from Sydney town.
I'm currently studying Fine Arts & Visual Culture at Curtin Uni, my particular interests are with most things in ceramics but have to confess anything hand made catches my eye. Ceramics can be traced back for thousands of years & can be used to help date an archaeological find & this is of particular interest to me. So you could imagine the excitement of me being in Athens last year & the amazement of being able to walk past sites like this just on my way to lunch.

    Hello Di,

    I like your username 'clayfix'. I am close to Sydney, in the Blue Mountains, mum of 4, 0 grandies yet but have a wedding coming up this year. Also doing the Fine Arts & Vis C Degree, but I am 'fixed' on paint. Doing sculpture in SP4 though, and looking forward to it. Used to do ceramics 30 years ago but. Look forward to chatting with you.
